The Regional Transportation Council (RTC) will be updated on the request to assist with the collection risk associated with the IH 35W 3A/3B project. Staff will request approval to increase the toll premiums for video tolls to mitigate the collection risk for video tolls.
The Regional Transportation Council (RTC) will be briefed on the Regional Incident Management Program and plans to survey regional partners on current incident management policies and performance measures that are being collected within the region. This initiative is being requested by RTC member Sandy Greyson who attended the Freeway Incident Management Executive Level course.
Staff will present information to the Council on Regional Emissions Enforcement Program media coverage and correspondence to the Legislative Budget Board seeking increased funding for this clean air initiative.
The Regional Transportation Council will be briefed on the Call for Projects for the future phase of the Regional Traffic Signal Retiming Program.
Staff will provide information on the recently completed Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 2013 Triennial Review.
