Transportation Improvement Program Modifications Presenter: Christie Gotti, NCTCOG Item Summary: Regional Transportation Council (RTC) approval of November 2013 revisions to the 2013-2016 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) will be requested. Background: November 2013 revisions to the 2013-2016 TIP are provided as Reference Item 2.1 for RTC consideration. These modifications have been reviewed for consistency with the Metropolitan Transportation Plan, air quality conformity determination, and financial constraint of the TIP. The Surface Transportation Technical Committee reviewed and recommended RTC approval of the revisions at its September 27, 2013, meeting.
